We were fortunate to have the expertise of Bob Bond and Waverly Framing for this year’s corporate event, “Quality Day”. It was our first time with Waverly and I couldn’t give them a high-enough endorsement. We gave him very little time and a hard framing assignment of enclosing a coin into a double matted frame (see attached). He did such an excellent job and was given many kudos by Directors and VP at Northrop Grumman. Even Wes Bush was impressed. Highly recommend! My absolute favorite place to get my photos and art framed! Could not say enough about the quality of the work and the customer service was wonderful. They were so patient with me as I tend to take a while to examine all my options. They have a wide selection of frames and matting options and they have an excellent eye for color and helping me narrow down the choices. It was a thoughtful collaboration on several pieces that I brought in over the course of a few months and we found just the right ones to suit my home and my budget. I have sent several friends to them and they all came back with rave reviews.
Attached are some photos of your work. You might remember the Christmas ornaments you framed for my mother. Over this past weekend she took the framed ornaments to her nursing school reunion, must be a hundred years ago she graduated, and apparently they were such a big hit the hospital sold many many more of the ornaments than they expected. Mainly as a result of the beautiful work you did in framing the ones for my mother. Can't thank you enough for your help and excellent work.

I am writing to follow up on our recent project for our new Harkins office at Tysons, to say a sincere thank you. I couldn’t be happier with the way it went, and the way it turned out. You were exactly what we needed in order to bring the project off, namely, an expert who also acted as a consultant and a partner in planning and executing the decoration of our new office. You listened to and responded to what Larry and I asked for, and at the same time we always had the benefit of your experience, your good eye, your good taste – in other words, you always let us know what you thought.
And! You went far above and beyond the call of duty by taking on the procurement and installation of the special hanging system that Larry had requested.
You are a pleasure to work with, not least because you do what you say you will do, and do it timely.
Over many years we at Harkins have kept coming back to you for framing needs of various kinds, and you have always produced great treatments that were a perfect match for the piece, or the setting, or the occasion. This project, of course, was bigger in scope than anything we’ve done together before, but the result was the same – a perfect match for what we needed.
